Let me introduce myself!

’m Bryony, a Nutritionist with a Bachelor of Science majoring in Nutrition, an Accredited Sports Nutritionist, and a world class Muay Thai fighter.
 

I know what it feels like to care deeply about your body, your performance and your goals.

I also know that real change does not come from being handed another plan and told to “just be more disciplined.”
 

My coaching combines evidence based nutrition, sports nutrition, behaviour change, reflection, habit coaching and real life strategy.
 

We look at what is actually driving your choices, what is helping you, what is holding you back, and what needs to change so your nutrition feels clear, supportive and sustainable.
