How Coaching Works
Step 1: Discovery Call
This is where we chat about where you are now, what you are struggling with, what you want to change, and whether Feelin It Nutrition is the right fit for you.
You do not need to have everything figured out.
The discovery call is simply the first step in getting clear on what support you actually need.
Step 2:
Initial Consult
$279 set up + booking
Your Initial Consult is a 60 minute deep dive into you.
This is where we unpack your current nutrition, training, routine, goals, lifestyle, habits, mindset, barriers and what has or has not worked for you before.
This is not a quick meal plan handover.
This is the foundation of your coaching process.
Together, we will:

Set up your nutrition planner in the app

Choose habits and tools that match your goals

3 month minimum commitment
Real change takes time.
That is why all coaching starts with a 12 week minimum container.
This gives us time to understand your patterns, build awareness, create structure, troubleshoot barriers, adjust your plan, and help you develop the skills to feel confident with food long term.
Your level of support is not locked in forever.
Many clients start with more regular coaching so we can build momentum, understand their patterns, and create strong foundations. As you become more confident, consistent and independent, we can reassess your level of support and move into fortnightly or monthly coaching if it suits your needs.
The goal is not to keep you dependent on coaching.
The goal is to help you build the skills, confidence and awareness to support yourself long term.
Step 3: 1on1 Coaching
